Dr.Carla and her assistant, (and trainee) were very professional and showed kindness and a welcoming behavior.
The only reason for 4 stars, (instead of 5) is that the lady who checked us in. I asked if she was Rhonda, but she didn’t reply. She did not seem to be happy in her job.
She was unfriendly, making for a less than professional experience.
